Rose, Student
Madagascar
My name is Rose (pseudonym), I am 15 years old and in the 7th grade. I have one brother and one sister, and we all still live with our parents here in Belavenoke. Dad is a fisherman and mum stays at home to take care of us. To go to school, I just have to follow a straight path because it is very near. I have been studying at EPP Belavenoke since February. I am learning a lot of things. We have school every day and the teachers are competent, their way of teaching is very good. My parents said they see me getting smarter. At school, I especially like maths because it teaches me to count. But I would also like to know how to speak French. When we don't have school, I study the lessons or help my mother at home. When I grow up, I want to teach so that I can share what I have learned with others.
